Chief Marketing Officer Job

Budget: Up to to 800k gross depending on skills & experience.
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead regional marketing, brand growth, customer acquisition, and digital transformation across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, and future expansion markets while strengthening the Group’s commercial growth and market leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
- 10–15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Strong regional or multi-country marketing experience
- Background in retail, FMCG, healthcare retail, lifestyle, or multi-branch businesses preferred
- Proven success in brand building, digital transformation, and commercial growth
- The successful candidate should possess strong strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at executive level across multiple business functions.
