We are a cosmetics and personal care products manufacturing company with a wide range of products offering. We are seeking to recruit suitable candidates for the following position in the production department:
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degrees in Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry or it’s equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in skin care, personal care and
- cosmetics highly desirable
- Proven track record in optimizing cosmetics production, reducing costs and
- improving output.
- Solid understanding of cosmetics chemistry, formulation principles and
- manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with quality standards, regulator requirements and industry best
- practices in cosmetics manufacturing
- Proficiency in data analysis, problem solving and process improvement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and
- priorities
- Excellent understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices(GMPs)
- Experience in calibrating and maintaining lab equipment and production machines
- Proficiency in using formulation software is an added advantage
