Channel & Extension Manager Job Modern Ways

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Channel & Extension Manager to lead the growth and development of our distributor and large-farm channels within an assigned territory.

This is a strategic relationship management and technical extension role, rather than a traditional field sales position. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with distributor principals and large-scale farm decision-makers, driving sustainable business growth, and providing credible technical support in ruminant nutrition and animal health.

Working independently while collaborating closely with our depot-based sales teams, the Channel & Extension Manager will play a critical role in expanding market presence by increasing product adoption across the Vital and Juugo ranges, delivering impactful training and extension programmes, and converting high-potential farm prospects into long-term customers.

This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong commercial acumen with technical expertise and is passionate about improving livestock productivity and farmer success

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Animal Health, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with proven commercial field experience in the agri-inputs and livestock nutrition sector.
• Knowledge of dairy, beef or livestock production systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
