Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications::
Pursuant to Section 16 A (3) (a) of the Standards Act (CAP. 496), applicants for this position must possess the following qualifications; i. Hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from a university recognized in Kenya;
- Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya;
- Have at least seven (7) years of post-admission experience;
- Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage
- Have a high moral character, integrity, and impartiality (meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on Leadership and Integrity).
