Cashier Job Snow Pharmacy

Accounting Jobs, Snow Pharmacy Jobs. Cashier receiving payments, reconciling cash and sales and preparing daily sales reports, requiring a certificate or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance as an advantage and a basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping and cash handling, in a retail pharmacy environment, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive payments and process cash, mobile money & other transactions.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Reconcile cash and sales at the end of each shift.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and prepare daily sales reports.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
• Ensure accountability for all funds received.
• Report discrepancies and maintain an organized checkout area.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping & cash handling.
• Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous cashiering or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Strong numerical, organizational & record-keeping skills.
• High levels of honesty, integrity & accountability.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or spreadsheets.
• Good communication & customer-service skills.
• Ability to work long hours with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
