Job Title: CAD Technician
Location: Nairobi or Nandi
Reports to: Design Engineer / Architect
Job Description:
The CAD Technician will produce and revise technical drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP systems, supporting engineers and designers with project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Revise drawings based on engineer or architect feedback.
- Maintain drawing logs and version control.
- Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with project team on updates.
Job Specifications:
- Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Minimum 4 years’ drafting experience in construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
