Business Partner – People & Culture Job Makini Schools
HR Jobs, Makini Schools Jobs. Responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, advising managers on employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and organisational policies. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of HR experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or Organizational Development will be an advantage.
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) qualification or equivalent professional certification preferred.
