We are looking for a driven Business Development Officer to help expand our market presence, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or related field Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships included) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Ability to work independently and deliver under targets – Interest in technology, IoT, or logistics solutions is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Develop partnerships with transport, logistics, and corporate organizations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support execution of marketing and business growth initiatives
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Work closely with management to expand market reach and revenue

- Ability to communicate technical solutions in simple business terms
