Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business Administration, marketing, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- A masters degree or professional certifications in sales, business development, or ict will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive b2b technology environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management within the ict, software, or it solutions industry.
- Experience building and managing long-term relationships with enterprise customers, government institutions, ngos, or large private sector organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in general sales, corporate sales, and key account management for technology products and solutions.
- Salary: kshs. 200,000 – 300,000 plus company benefits
Main responsibilities
- Business development & sales growth: identify, develop, and close new
- Business opportunities across corporate, enterprise, and institutional markets.
- Key account management: manage and grow relationships with key
- Corporate and institutional clients. Corporate & enterprise sales: lead corporate sales initiatives targeting medium to large organizations, government agencies, ngos, and private sector enterprises.
- Market development & partnerships: develop strategic partnerships with vendors, distributors, and technology partners.
- Reporting & performance
- Management: track sales performance and provide regular reports on pipeline development, forecasts, and revenue achievements.
