Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive growth across our business arms, You will build strong relationships with insurance brokers, car dealers, fleet owners, and individuals to promote our services and products.

Key Responsibilities:
Broker Relationship Management:
- Research and visit potential insurance brokers
- Promote vehicle valuation, motor assessment, and extended warranty inspections
- Track and monitor broker-generated business performance
Asset Protection Sales:
- Identify and visit car dealers, fleet operators, and individual clients
- Demonstrate microdot technology and prepare product presentations
- Attend automotive events and exhibitions
Extended Warranty Sales:
- Visit used car dealers and new vehicle dealerships
- Educate dealers and customers on extended warranty benefits
- Build strong dealer relationships and manage sales cycles
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of broker visits and new broker relationships
- Number of dealerships and fleets onboarded
- Achievement of sales targets
- Client satisfaction and retention rates
- Revenue contribution per product line
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Insurance, or related fields
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the automotive insurance industry
