Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory on how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint and stimulate process changes if efficiencies can be gained.
  • Design and Develop highly scalable Zoho Implementations with necessary API integrations, HTML, CSS, Deluge.
  • Deep understanding of various API frameworks, micro-services and SDKs.
  • Experience in development and design in an Agile and DevOps environment, including change and release management.
  • Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements.
  • An excellent overview of web technologies and popular open source solutions.
  • Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer.
    Define and plan project milestones, phases and different elements involved in the project along with the principal consultant.
  • Drive and challenge the presumptions of delivery teams on how they will successfully execute their plans.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality deliverable on time
  • Contribution and coordination of project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business and system requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan).
  • Working experience in any one of the following domain like Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Health Care and Pharma or Manufacturing is a plus.
  • Process Management and Improvement – Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management in an Agile Technology Delivery context.
