Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct Requirement, Change and Test management according to ALM framework.Â
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs.Â
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Â
- Conduct stakeholder workshops.Â
- Collaborate with product owners, system analysts and developers/external consultants.Â
- Provide and ensure system Operation and support to D365 Finance and Operations users.Â
- Continuously improve and assure quality of D365 applications, implement modifications, additional configurations and modules.Â
- Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with organizational standards.Â
- Provide expert knowledge to support Finance process design.Â
- Cooperate with stakeholders to understand finance business needs and provide tailored solutionsÂ
- Coordinate with technical teams to support integrations between D365 HR and other enterprise applicationsÂ
- Ensure proper documentation of configurations, system changes and operational proceduresÂ
- Provide trainings and product documentation to D365 usersÂ
- Establish a keyuser network and ensure knowledge sharingÂ

As someone working for or on behalf of SOS Children’s Villages, you are responsible for helping to create and maintain a safe and protective environment for staff, as well as for the children, young people, and adult programme participants supported and cared for by SOS Children’s Villages. You are expected to:

- Actively participate in team discussions to identify risks and share and apply preventative and mitigation measures and strategies. Â
- Integrate safeguarding principles into your daily decisions and tasks.Â
- Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and in line with procedures.Â
- Promote values-based culture, accountability and zero tolerance of harm.Â
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Informatics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Administration or Business Analyst certification Â
- 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis or IT service delivery, software training and key user managementÂ
- Essential: analytical skills and the ability to structure and explain technical content comprehensively, excellent communication skills, analytical and proactive mind-set, good knowledge of D365 ERP applications, good knowledge of Finance processesÂ
- Desired: knowledge of ITIL, experience in SQL and data visualisation tools, Devops, advanced excel.Â
