Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver theoretical and clinical instructions to students, ensuring mastery of skills.
- Contribute to the development and review of curricula in accordance with TVET guidelines.
- Participate in student assessments, evaluating performance in both theory and practicals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and advice on life skills and career development.
- Engage in administrative duties related to academic programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing with minimum of one year post-Internship experience
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent class management skills.
- Proficiency in information technology.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about educating and fostering student success.
- Prior experience in a TVET institution is an added advantage.
