Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver theoretical and clinical instructions to students, ensuring mastery of skills.
• Contribute to the development and review of curricula in accordance with TVET guidelines.
• Participate in student assessments, evaluating performance in both theory and practicals.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and advice on life skills and career development.
• Engage in administrative duties related to academic programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with minimum of one year post-Internship experience
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent class management skills.
• Proficiency in information technology.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about educating and fostering student success.
• Prior experience in a TVET institution is an added advantage.
