Brand Manager Job Kim Fay
Communication Jobs, Kim Fay Jobs. Responsible for developing and managing brand strategies, planning marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Requires a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.
They are looking for a results-driven and commercially minded Brand Manager – Kim Fay Brands to drive brand growth, market share and profitability through effective brand strategies, marketing campaigns, digital initiatives and market analysis across the company’s key product categories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Proven experience in brand management, category management or commercial marketing, preferably within FMCG or a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, retail audits, competitor activities and consumer trends to identify business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects, develop implementation timelines, monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery of agreed objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive execution across different business functions.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, including budget allocation, expenditure tracking and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong project planning and management skills, including developing project timelines, milestones, execution plans and accountability matrices.
- Proven experience in in-store and retail execution, including merchandising, shelf branding, secondary displays, gondola ends, POS materials and promotional activations.
