The Brand Manager – Ladies’ Shoes is responsible for driving the strategic vision, brand growth, and commercial success of the Ladies’ Shoes category. The role ensures strong brand positioning, customer connection, and competitive performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Category Development- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy for Ladies’ Shoes (heels, doll shoes, extras).
• Marketing & Campaign Execution – Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to grow brand visibility and drive sales.
• Customer Insights & Experience – Collect and analyze customer feedback from physical stores and digital platforms.
• Branch & Retail Coordination – Support branches with merchandising guidelines, visual presentation, and product training.
• Sales & Performance Analysis – Monitor category sales, stock movement, margins, and profitability.
• Digital Marketing & Online Brand Presence – Oversee online representation of the Ladies’ Shoes category on the website and digital platforms.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with suppliers, designers, and manufacturers.
• Lead planning and execution of brand events, fashion showcases, and promotional activations.

Qualifications:

Academic/Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

Work Experience:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in brand management, fashion retail, or footwear.

Skills, Competencies & Special Attributes:

• Strong understanding of women’s footwear trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
