Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to improve brand visibility and positioning in the market.
- Maintain brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual standards across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product Development, and Creative to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage brand budgets and evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
- Coordinate with external partners such as advertising agencies, media partners, and designers to execute campaigns effectively.
- Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects company values.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance, campaign results, and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate, property development, or real estate marketing is required.
- 3–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
