The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, and build customer loyalty. The role ensures consistency of the brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints while driving campaigns that align with the company’s overall business objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to improve brand visibility and positioning in the market.
  • Maintain brand identity by ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual standards across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Product Development, and Creative to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Manage brand budgets and evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as advertising agencies, media partners, and designers to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects company values.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance, campaign results, and marketing effectiveness.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in real estate, property development, or real estate marketing is required.
  • 3–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
