Brand Manager (Gents’ Wear) Job

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, assortment planning, and product selection for the ladies’ footwear category.
• Analyze daily sales performance, stock movement, margins, and branch rankings to drive profitability.
• Establish monthly branch sales targets and monitor daily achievement against goals.
• Monitor real-time stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage slow-moving inventory.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and in-store displays.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and targeted digital outreach programs.
• Oversee online and social media representation to drive web traffic and sales conversions.
• Support branches with on-ground activations, staff training, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain accurate data tracking systems and prepare concise weekly and monthly performance reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail category management or sales, preferably in fashion or footwear.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret sales, stock, and margin data.
• Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and customer databases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
