Branch Manager- Mombasa Job City Walk
Looking for a sales & marketing job in Kenya? City Walk is hiring a Branch Manager – Mombasa to oversee branch operations, lead sales and customer service teams, manage inventory, and drive business growth. The role is based in Mombasa, and experience in retail management is required.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee store operations, drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, lead and develop teams, manage inventory, and ensure profitability.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in sales and team leadership.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
