Role Description
The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, ensuring top-tier customer service, and achieving sales and performance targets. Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle sales, spare parts inventory, after-sales services, and branch operations. The role also involves setting business goals, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with other branches and headquarters to align with company strategy. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Thika.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications in management, automotive, or business disciplines are an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales, operations, or general management
- Minimum 3-5 years in a senior management or branch leadership role, preferably in the automotive or related sectorDemonstrated track record of achieving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
- Proven experience managing multi-functional teams across sales, service, and administrative functions
