Branch Manager Job 4G Capital
Administration Jobs, 4G Capital. Responsible for managing branch operations, supervising staff, driving sales and loan portfolio growth, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring loan repayments, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Requires a degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi.
As a Branch Manager, you will stand on the frontlines of financial empowerment. You will lead branch operations, inspire a high-performing field team, drive commercial performance, and foster strong relationships within the local business community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Performance: Deliver branch growth and profitability by meeting disbursement, collection, and portfolio performance targets.
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Coach, mentor, and motivate branch personnel to cultivate a collaborative, results-oriented workplace.
- Protect Portfolio Quality & Manage Risk: Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, affordability checks, and fraud prevention measures.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Champion customer advocacy by educating borrowers, resolving inquiries promptly, and building long-term community relationships.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage office administration, ensure regulatory compliance, and report insights to Sector Management to capitalize on local market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: A Diploma or Degree in a Business-related discipline.
- Experience: Proven leadership track record, ideally as a Team Leader or Branch Manager within financial services, consistently hitting performance KPIs and managing healthy portfolios.
- Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Values: High integrity, discretion, commercial acumen, and an unwavering commitment to ethical and responsible lending practices.
- Flexibility: A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to relocate anywhere within Kenya.
