Branch Manager – Hola Branch Job KCB Bank

Key Responsibilities 

  • Achieve profitability targets through revenue maximisation and prudent cost management.
  • Grow and monitor the branch’s liability and asset portfolios to achieve business targets. 
  • Grow the customer base, ensure retention of existing customers through a high level of customer satisfaction, and cross-selling.
  • Overall management of the branch through efficient utilization of resources. 
  • Delivery of excellent customer service through maintenance of high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with the Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Champion digital migration in the branch.

Qualifications

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: – 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Cash Management Training is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of General Banking experience with at least 2 years as a Branch Manager.
  • Should have at least 6 months of experience in Branch Operations: Cash, Clearing, Accounts & Administration.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in the following roles: high-performing  Personal/Business/Retail Banking or Sales Manager.
  • Credit Management.
  • Customer Service / Relationship Management.
