Key Responsibilities

- Culinary Excellence: Prepare high-quality meals, implement new menus, and oversee production to minimise waste.
- Safety & Standards: Enforce strict hygiene practices, maintain equipment cleanliness, and ensure daily HACCP adherence.
- Team Development: Train, supervise, and evaluate staff, acting as a true role model for the culinary team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leading culinary role.
- Passionate and innovative with a desire to create opulent menus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, highly organised, and thrives in high-pressure situations.
