Board of Directors – Information Systems Security and Cybersecurity providing governance oversight of information systems security and cybersecurity as an elected board member, requiring expertise and experience in information security or cybersecurity and compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution including CRB, police clearance and tax compliance certificates, in a SACCO financial services environment, on-site role.

Note: In compliance with chapter six of the Kenya Constitution, in case they are successful for
interview shall be required to provide the following documents for vetting purposes
- Current Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) report.
- Current Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)which is not more than 1 year from the date
- of issuance.
- Valid Tax Compliance Certificate. (TCC)
- Certificate of Good standing with the professional bodies (Where applicable)
