  • The role’s core function is to deliver expert advice on business development strategy, capture planning, and winning transformational contracts.
  • Provide expert consultation on major bid opportunities and go/no-go decisions.
  • Advise on capture strategy, competitive intelligence, and positioning for strategic opportunities.
  • Offer specialized guidance on complex procurements, including PPPs (Public-Private Partnerships), mega-projects, and national programs.
  • Review and approve bid strategies, pricing approaches, and proposal concepts.
  • Provide thought leadership on proposal best practices and industry trends.
  • Advise on business development strategy and pipeline management.
  • Support crisis management for at-risk submissions or client relationship issues.
  • Mentor Senior Associates on advanced capture and proposal techniques.
  • Conduct specialized training on topics such as solution development, win themes, and evaluation criteria.
  • Provide strategic input on partnership strategies and teaming arrangements.
  • Advise on major pricing decisions and contract negotiation strategies.
  • Guide development of capability statements and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support high-stakes presentations, oral, and final negotiations.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex competitive situations.
  • Advise on client relationship management and account planning for key opportunities.
  • Provide expert review of proposals for transformational opportunities.
  • Guide positioning against strong competitors in contested procurements.
  • Advise on proposal innovation and differentiation strategies.
  • Support development of technical solutions and delivery methodologies.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in bid management, capture, or business development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
