Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and recruitment of new Members
- Retention of existing business
- Customer relationship management of the clients
- Cross selling of all Sacco products
- Preparation of regular reports
- Support the Marketing & Business Development and Marketing Manager in departmental planning and execution.
- Visit clients to get complaints/comments and handling complaints at the field level
- Liaison office in charge of ensuring that information is disseminated to members on time.
- Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time
