Barista Job CJs’ Restaurants Nairobi, Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and creatively mix ingredients for various drinks.
- Evaluate customer preferences to offer tailored recommendations while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
- Manage bar inventory, conduct stock verifications, and adhere to specific serving sizes for cost efficiency.
- Follow designated pastry baking schedules (starting as early as 4:30 am or 5:00 am) and uphold strict food safety and hygiene policies.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience as a barista or bartender with comprehensive knowledge of beverage preparation techniques.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate professional dedicated to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Exceptional physical fitness and stamina to handle a demanding, fast- paced restaurant environment.
- An individual with consistent honesty, excellent communication skills, and strict adherence to personal grooming standards.
