Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate operations in the Bar and Restaurant in liaison with front office to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Implement organisation policy.
- Stock take and budgeting of beverages.
- Train and mentor Waiters.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and appealing.
- Ensure timely preparation and prompt settlement of bills.
- Reconciliation of daily sales per waiter.
- Ensure adherence of security, safety and health protocols.
- Ensure all POS are operational and in good condition at all times.

Qualifications / Skills
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality and tourism management, experience in mixology will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years experience in a busy hotel as a bar and restaurant supervisor
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and any Hotel Management software
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
