Assistant Transport Manager Job Jonerics Cargo Forwarders

  • Assist in planning and supervising daily transport operations and deliveries.
  • Support scheduling of daily and weekly transport routes for drivers.
  • Monitor vehicle movement and track shipments using transport tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper dispatch and delivery of goods.
  • Monitor transport costs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure transport documentation and delivery records are properly maintained.
  • Report vehicle maintenance and repair requirements.
  • Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Support implementation of transport SOPs and operational reporting systems.

  • Diploma or Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in transport, fleet, or logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and transport tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of transport regulations and safety compliance is an added advantage.
