Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the sales team as the Assistant Sales Manager to achieve assigned
- sales targets.
- Assist the Commercial Representative and Commercial Manager in daily sales operations
- and team supervision.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction, mining, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and contractors.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close machinery sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field;
- 3+ years’ experience in heavy construction equipment sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
