Procurement Jobs. Runyenjes TVC Jobs. Assistant Procurement Officer assisting in procurement and stores management, maintaining procurement records and supporting compliance with procurement regulations, requiring a degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a related field and computer literacy skills, in a TVET college environment, on-site role.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or related field Membership to a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
- Eligible for registration to relevant professional body Computer literacy skills
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures will be an added advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting in procurement and stores management
- Maintaining procurement records and documents
- Preparing purchase requisitions and quotations
- Assisting in stock taking and inventory management
- Supporting compliance with procurement regulations
- Performing any other assigned duty
