Key Responsibilities

Perform duties according to established workplace policies and procedures
Support smooth daily operations within the assigned department.
Handle equipment, supplies, and facilities responsibly.
Work closely with team members to achieve service and operational goals.
Maintain professional and respectful relationships with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
Follow health, safety, and security requirements at all times.
Report maintenance issues, incidents, shortages, or service concerns to supervisors.
Assist with other duties as assigned to support the organisation’s operations.
