About the Role
Times u dt Sacco invites applications from qualified, self-driven, and target-oriented staff to fill the position of Assistant Marketing officer role. The role supports the SACCO’s growth through new member recruitment, and promotion of its products and services. The position offers a retainer and commission based remuneration aligned with individual performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new members and mobilize deposits from existing and potential clients.
- Promote and cross-sell SACCO products and services.
- Identify and refer potential loan clients to the credit team.
- Participate in marketing drives, field visits, and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with SACCO procedures and KYC requirements. Qualifications and Skills
Minimum qualifications
- Kcse certificate
- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business, Cooperative Management, or related field will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet set targets and work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates with experience in sales and marketing, customer service, will have an added advantage.
