Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through timely order processing, proactive engagement, and sales achievement.
- You’ll build strong customer relationships, promote products while upselling and cross-selling, and coordinate orders effectively on orders, pricing, and other needs.
- You’ll also maintain records and documentation with trading terms to help resolve customer queries and support business development.
Experience
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or a related role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, process orders, and strong analytical skills.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any other related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
