Assistant Director, M&E Job Marsabit CPSB
Project Management Jobs, Marsabit CPSB Jobs. Responsible for coordinating monitoring and evaluation activities, developing M&E frameworks and tools, tracking county programmes and projects, analysing performance data, preparing evaluation reports, supporting evidence-based decision-making, and strengthening M&E capacity across departments. Requires a relevant Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related field. The position is based in Marsabit, and requires on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks across departments;
- Developing county performance indicators and targets;
- Supervising data analysis and report generation;
- Facilitating capacity building in Monitoring and Evaluation functions;
- Preparing county Monitoring and Evaluation reports for management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Be a Kenyan citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field from recognized institutions
- Master’s degree in Monitoring Evaluation, Project Planning, Economics, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- Senior Management Course program lasting not less than four (4) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Certificate in Monitoring Evaluation, Project Management, or Data Analysis.
