REF: SEKU/ADV/AD/4/10/2025 – 1 POSITION

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 6 months renewable contract

Duties and responsibilities shall entail:

• Maintainaning of buildings, equipment and plants.
• Undertaking routine or special building maintainance works, estimate and submit requests for maintenance materials.
• Participating in preparing specifications for minor works and carrying out valuation.
• Person specifications

For appointment to this grade, one must:

• Have a KCSE certificate with a minimum of D Plain or its equivalent from a recognized instituion.
• Have a Craft Certificate(GTT III) or equivalent in relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Have practical knowledge of maintenance works.
• Be computer literate.
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) on Leadership and Integrity upon successful appointment.
