Responsibilities

• Preparing preliminary drawings; and reading and interpreting engineering drawings in relation to the
• Architect’s sketches and incorporating these details in the preliminary drawings.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements for Appointment

• Diploma or Technician Certificate Part III in any of the following disciplines: – Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building construction, Architecture or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Membership with the Architectural Association of Kenya; and
• Certificate in computer application skills.
