Architectural Assistant III Job Nakuru CPSB
Architecture Jobs, Nakuru CPSB Jobs. Responsible for assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, designs, and building plans, conducting site visits and inspections, supporting the review of building applications, monitoring construction works, maintaining architectural records, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with building codes, planning regulations, and construction standards. Requires a Diploma in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution. The position is based in Nakuru and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have;
- Diploma or Technician Certificate Part III in any of the following fields: Building/Civil Engineering or Architecture or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
Key Responsibilities
- interpretation of Architects’ sketches and preparation of finished drawings; and
- reading and interpreting Engineering drawings’ in relation to architects’ sketch and incorporating these details in the finished drawings.
