- Community Incentives: Manage the community’s incentive system, including points, badges, and awards to motivate member participation.
- Platform Management: Ensure the community platform is up-to-date and functioning smoothly, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Data Analysis: Provide regular data reports and insights on community engagement, trends, and performance metrics to guide decision-making
- Community Feedback: Collect feedback from community members to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring the community remains relevant and valuable.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management to continously improve engagement strategies.
Educational and Certification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field.
