Full-Time Position
Are you passionate about storytelling and AI-powered content creation? We are looking for an experienced AI Short Drama Director to lead the production of innovative short-form dramas for international audiences across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.
Requirements
- Proven experience directing short dramas with published works achieving at least 5 million views
- Strong storyboarding, scene direction, and narrative pacing skills
- Proficiency in at least two AI video generation tools (Sora, Kling, Runway, Vidu, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities
Preferred
- Background in Film, Directing, Animation, or related creative fields
- Experience with AIGC content, AI short films, virtual humans, or AI-generated advertisements
- English communication skills and exposure to international content markets
What We Offer
- Salary from KES 55,000- 100,000 (Negotiable)
