After Sales Assistant Job Kilimall

Responsible for supporting customers after purchase, handling product returns and complaints, coordinating warranty and repair requests, following up on delivery and order issues, maintaining customer records, communicating with internal teams and sellers, and ensuring customer concerns are resolved promptly. Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support installation and after-sales service for solar inverters, lithium batteries, solar panels and energy storage systems.
• Handle customer service requests and coordinate repairs and site visits.
• Assist field engineers and technicians with maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain warranty records and service files, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other after-sales administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (required).
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome — full training provided.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to travel to customer sites.
• Basic English communication skills; Chinese-speaking is an advantage.
