The Advocacy Executive supports brand education, trade engagement, and advocacy initiatives across Key Strategic Outlets. This role is focused on building strong relationships within the hospitality industry, elevating the brand experience through training, and driving perfect serves and menu presence for priority brands.

  • Conduct engaging brand and product training for bartenders, waitstaff, and retail staff to deepen understanding of product range and serve strategy.
  • Support the implementation of trade advocacy programs in alignment with brand priorities and execution standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across key on-trade and off-trade accounts to drive brand affinity and execution excellence.
  • Assist in the development and execution of activations, events, and customer engagements that elevate the brand’s presence and storytelling
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Ambassador — KSO and commercial teams to align advocacy efforts with outlet segmentation and city strategy.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and quality of serves across trained accounts
  • Track and report KPls such as number of trainings, feedback scores, and outlet coverage.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for spirits, mixology, and hospitality culture.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach.
  • Previous experience in bartending, sales, training, or brand advocacy preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, field-based environment.
