Role Description
This is a contract role for an Admissions & Recruitment Officer, based on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Admissions & Recruitment Officer will be responsible for facilitating recruitment activities, overseeing the admissions process, and guiding prospective students through their application journey. Daily tasks will involve developing and managing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and supporting the recruitment process. Building positive relationships with students and institutions, and ensuring a smooth application experience, will be pivotal to achieving success in this role.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Job Description Development and Recruiting practices to attract and identify top talent.
- Experience in Interviewing and Hiring processes, with attention to detail in evaluating candidates.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the international education industry and familiarity with recruitment strategies is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya, with a proactive and professional approach.
