Duties and responsibilities

• Processing of payment vouchers.
• Maintaining of commitment registers.
• Filing of accounting documents.
• Maintaining of budgeted vote heads.
• Receiving all college revenue and issue receipts.
• Disbursing of cheques/cash.
• Reconciling of students fees records and issuing of fees statements to students.
• Any other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Accounting Technician Diploma (ATD) or Diploma in Accountancy
• Proficiency in computer accounting packages
• Knowledge of financial reporting guidelines in the public sector.
