Duties and responsibilities
- Processing of payment vouchers.
- Maintaining of commitment registers.
- Filing of accounting documents.
- Maintaining of budgeted vote heads.
- Receiving all college revenue and issue receipts.
- Disbursing of cheques/cash.
- Reconciling of students fees records and issuing of fees statements to students.
- Any other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum Accounting Technician Diploma (ATD) or Diploma in Accountancy
- Proficiency in computer accounting packages
- Knowledge of financial reporting guidelines in the public sector.
