We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team and support daily accounting operations across our branches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile payments (M-Pesa, PDQ, bank transfers & cash) against bank deposits and sales
- Support cashiers and assist in weekly cashier trainings
- Perform daily bank and petty cash reconciliations (Head Office & branches)
- Support tax administration, including ETR compliance across branches
- Assist with payroll tax processing
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, contracts, receipts & financial documents
- Support bookkeeping and recording of expenses for financial reporting
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or CPA
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
