Accounting & Admin Officer Job. Accounting Jobs in Kenya

The accounting and administration officer will be responsible for the maintenance of accounting, taxation and inventory records for the entity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and recording of sales invoices.
  • Recording of purchase invoices and expenses.
  • Maintenance of inventory records for all purchases, sales and balances.
  • Maintenance of bank and cash records and reconciliations.
  • Tax compliance for VAT and Income taxes, including prompt returns and payments.
  • Book Keeping and maintenance of accounting records.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CP 4 or equivalent.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of accounting software, quick books invoicing tools, and Microsoft Excel.

Start date: As soon as available.
