What You’ll Do
- Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany eliminations
- Build and maintain consolidated financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Execute job costing and track WIP in QuickBooks and related add-ons
- Assist with annual budgets, multi-year proformas, and rolling forecasts
- Participate in client meetings, document action items, and produce recaps
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in private equity, real estate development, or fund accounting (requirement)
- Advanced Excel skills (consolidations, elimination schedules)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (COA setup, job costing, month-end routines)
- Familiarity with tools like Knowify, Synder, Dext, BusyBusy, and property management platforms (AppFolio, Yardi, Juniper Square, Carta) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently
