About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly skilled Accountant to join our finance team at our HQ. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in financial reporting, KRA compliance, taxation, fixed assets management, and supplier & bank reconciliations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financials and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA-K qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a medium to large organization.
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and reconciliations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
