Hiview International Co. Ltd is seeking a competent, detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support the Finance Department in executing day-to-day accounting functions. The role requires a hands-on individual with strong accounting knowledge, integrity and the ability to work in a structured finance team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day financial accounting, bookkeeping and posting of transactions.
- Prepare, review and verify accounting vouchers, journals and ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and internal controls.
- Handle timely declaration and payment of statutory taxes and statutory returns.
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank, supplier, customer and internal accounts
- Support clearance and reconciliation of internal and external funds.
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements and reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in supervision and guidance of Accounts Assistants where required.
- Perform any other accounting tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or a related business field.
- CPA Finalist OR ongoing.
- Proven experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and MS Office.
- Good understanding of financial accounting principles and Kenyan tax laws.
- Experience in reconciliations, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication and research skills.
