About the Role
Analabs Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated Accountant to join its dynamic finance team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing valuable financial insights to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare timely financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and provide management with financial insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA Part 4 and above.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (ERP experience is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
