Account Manager – BaaS Job Choice Bank

Role Overview:
Choice Bank is looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Account Manager – Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with BaaS clients, fintechs, corporates, and strategic partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Understand client business needs and recommend relevant banking and BaaS solutions.
- Drive onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management for clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business growth.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams.
- Monitor client performance, transaction volumes, and usage trends, analyze account data, and provide insights that improve client engagement and business outcomes.
- Prepare account reviews, performance reports, and client updates.
- Stay informed on developments in fintech, payments, and digital banking.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the BaaS portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in account management, relationship management, business development, or client success.
- Experience in BaaS, fintech, banking, payments, or financial technology will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
